Greg’s career in broadcast began with a trip to Indonesia, where he produced his first documentary, “60 Days in Indonesia,” which aired on Discovery USA and OLN Canada. Since then Greg has worked for three national broadcasters as editor, producer and director, among others. Starting in 2000 he joined the Sheridan College team, teaching in the Journalism program.
In June 2005, Greg co-founded a digital media company called Filemobile. Filemobile grew to be Canada’s leader in providing social media networking and citizen journalism services to some of the country’s leading broadcast and media companies. Filemobile made Profit Magazine’s Top 50 Most Profitable Companies list for two years in a row and is #6 on Backbone Magazine’s Top 20 compiled by KPMG. Newzulu announced it had acquired Filemobile and on 9 February 2015.
